The Hazel Tree
an online magazine edited by Jo Woolf
You come into my house and you think you can make me play with you…
Go away, and take that feathery thing with you!
Go away, I say! You annoying person, you!
That feathery thing is going to DIE. Say your last prayers, feathery thing!
I’m exhausted. Please tell me when she’s gone.
Why are you still here? What are you doing in my bed?
Do you think we could play with the feathery thing again?
Oh that fluffy tummy just calls for a loving stroke or two. Jazz’s late brother PeeGee used to lie like that and let us stroke his tum. Ponyo has an ethereal beauty…..those deep pool eyes.
Isn’t it the softest?!! Yes, she has such beautiful eyes, almost unreal.
Ha, ha, ha!
“I’m exhausted. Please tell me when she’s gone.” it’s so nice!!!
I had such fun with her! Verity says she slept for ages after we’d gone! 🙂
She is unbelievably fluffy! I wouldn’t mind a go with that feathery thing.
She’s the fluffiest cat I’ve ever met! The feathery thing was great fun – I got one for Purdey and she loves it.
Is this girl a Norwegian Forest Cat? I suspect mine is. http://www.flickr.com/photos/stellatex/4638444399/
Hi Stella, Not as far as I’m aware – Verity & Chris got her from a litter of ‘moggies’ and the rest of them were short-haired, as was the mother. But looking at your cat (she is gorgeous), I’d say she’s a long-lost relative of Ponyo, right down to the fluffy tufts in the bottom of her paws! Thanks for sharing the pic!
Yep, those fluffy paws! Haha! Sweetness.
